About
Maxwein began in 2017 with two small vineyards and two wines in Denkendorf. The vineyards occupy terraced sites stretching from Obertürkheim to Esslingen, worked entirely by hand in both vineyard and cellar. The program spans wine, apple juice, and traditional apple wine. Most Friz, Glühmäxle rot, Glühmäxle weiß, Knall Apfel natur, and Knall Apfel mild form the portfolio. A merger with Moste-Denkendorf expanded the house's offerings.
