About SANDER ökologische Weine
SANDER ökologische Weine has worked Rheinhessen's loess soils since 1925, when the family began bottling wine. Three generations of organic practice shape the program today. Stefan and Gerhard follow the biodynamic calendar in the vineyard, building soil through dung, compost, straw, and green manure plants. Their grandfather Ottoheinrich studied biodynamics. The wines carry the mineral signature of their terroir. A tasting room welcomes visitors to the estate.
