Weingut Daum is a family-run winery located in Dorsheim in the Nahe wine region, founded in 1908 when the grandfather purchased an old smithy and first vineyards. The winery is currently led by Roland Daum since 1975, with the next generation represented by Daniel Philipp. They focus on combining traditional winemaking with modern knowledge to continuously improve their wines.
