Traubenwerkstatt GbR began in 2018 in Niederhofen, a pocket of the Leintal valley between Karlsruhe and Heilbronn. Markus, an oenologist trained across Germany, Australia, and New Zealand, leads alongside Theo and Uli, a wine master with over thirty years in grape production. From roughly one hectare, the program unfolds across four lines. MATHEU releases emerge only when fruit permits. MATHEU petit captures the secondary harvest. Gutsweine form the entry point. Natural wines are spontaneously fermented, unfiltered, and produced with minimal intervention. The portfolio centers on Lemberger, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. A tasting room is available.
