The building once collected the tithe owed to the regional lord, a role now transformed into hospitality. Four hectares of vineyard support the program, yielding Spätburgunder, Riesling, Roter Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, and Weißburgunder alongside Eibinger Stöffsche, an apple wine. The Gutsausschank opens Wednesday through Saturday from 5 PM, while the restaurant seats up to 140 guests. The historic barrel cellar is available for events.
