Riesling leads the portfolio at 44 barrels per vintage, followed by Grauburgunder at 18. Blanc de Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Weissburgunder each claim their place. A single barrel of Spätburgunder and four of Chardonnay round out a maximum of 100 barrels annually.
