Weingut Baum-Barth, founded in 2020 by brothers Christoph and Thomas Baum-Barth, is located in Ingelheim am Rhein-Großwinternheim in Rheinhessen. The program centers on Pinot Noir, Frühburgunder, and Chardonnay, with hand-harvested grapes and gravity-bottled wines. Yields are calibrated by tier. Estate wines run around 50 hl/ha, village wines around 30 hl/ha, and reserve and single vineyard wines around 15 hl/ha. The Schwarz Pinot Noir 2022 scored 94 points from Robert Parker Wine Advocate in 2024. Ingelheimer Sonnenhang Pinot Noir 2022 and Großwinternheimer Pinot Noir 2022 each earned 92 points.
