About Winzerhof Nagel
Tobias Nagel and Roland Nagel work with Silvaner and Weißburgunder in Dettelbach, fermenting with wild yeasts and aging white wines for 11 to 22 months in large Franconian oak barrels. The program moves without fining and often without filtration. The portfolio includes Stahlnagel, Ankernagel, Holznagel, and Reservenagel Limited Edition, alongside a Pet Nat. The Silvaner and Pet Nat have won Cup der Gourmetwelten awards. Weißburgunder took the Fallstaff Weißburgunder Trophy.
