Klaus runs Engelhardt-WeinKultur in Bornheim, Rheinhessen, where the work extends beyond tasting. Vineyard tours and walks ground visitors in the landscape. The signature program, Winzer auf Zeit, invites guests to produce their own wine from January vine training through September harvest and cellar aging.
