About Weingut Gerhard Trossen
Just over 3.5 hectares in Kröv, where approximately 30,000 vines yield about 30,000 bottles annually. The program centers on Riesling, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Dornfelder, and Müller-Thurgau. Red wines mature in 1000-liter oak barrels, with Pinot Noir's special edition aging in smaller 225-liter barriques. Sparkling wine base wines also mature in oak. Bottles rest for at least eight months before release. Tastings happen weekly, available in private format or virtually in your home.
