Weingut Büsser-Paukner is located in Gau-Odernheim in Rheinhessen. The winery produces Spätburgunder, Grauburgunder, Riesling, Weisser Burgunder, Bacchus, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The Lagenriesling shows ripe fruit, herbs, and floral notes. The Alsheimer Merlot carries dark forest fruits and plum. A tasting room welcomes visitors by reservation, with food and outdoor seating available. From October through February, a wine bar opens on the 15th at 18:00, pairing ten wines with five small dishes. The winery earned three stars in Eichelmann 2025 and two stars in Vinum Weinguide 2025.
