About Schmitt Privat-Weingut
Anja Schmitt-Kraiß and Frank Kraiß lead this family winery in Bergtheim, Franken. Silvaner, the flagship of the region, anchors the portfolio alongside Rotling. The cellar produces Silvaner trocken, Federweißer in both white and red, Sekt, Secco, Glühwein, and Punsch. Federweißer releases arrive each September. The Vinothek opens Monday through Friday 8 to 18 Uhr, Saturday 9 to 16 Uhr, closed Sundays and holidays. Outdoor seating and picnic areas are available. RV parking is offered near the winery.
