Kühling-Gillot was founded in Bodenheim in 2005 and has practiced biodynamic viticulture since its inception. The program works across 12 distinct Crus within Rheinhessen, drawing from three terroir zones. Rheinterrasse, Zellertal, and Wonnegau each contribute limestone and slate soils to the house's Riesling and Spätburgunder. VDP membership reflects the cellar's commitment to the region's quality standards.
