Franz Keller operates across three distinct spaces in Vogtsburg-Oberbergen. The winemaker produces clear, fully fermented wines that reflect Kaiserstuhl terroir. Schwarzer Adler functions as both restaurant and hotel, open Friday to Tuesday with Sunday lunch service. Winzerhaus Rebstock is a traditional Kaiserstuhl inn. On the Schwarzer Adler terrace, a Pintxo pop-up concept serves Spanish-inspired small snacks and appetizers.
