About Dax Weingut -Vinothek

Seven generations deep in Ernst, Mosel, Dax Weingut-Vinothek began in 2019 as a family operation. The vineyard is roughly 70 percent white varieties, including Riesling, Grauburgunder, Gewürztraminer, Kerner, and Bacchus. Whites ferment and age in stainless steel. Reds undergo classical maceration fermentation followed by oak aging. Guest rooms in the Winzerhaus and VINOTEL include shower and WC, flatscreen TV with satellite reception, free WiFi, and a seating area. A breakfast buffet and free public transportation ticket are included.
