About Weingut Lange - Schloss Saaleck
Weingut Lange traces back to 1298 in Hammelburg's Franken region. The program spans over 18 hectares, centered on the Saalecker Schlossberg vineyard 200 meters from the cellar. Hand-harvested grapes ferment spontaneously with natural yeasts. The house works organic, certified to NATURLAND standards and DE-ÖKO-006, with minimal sulfur addition and vegan clarification throughout the portfolio. All wines carry the Rhön seal. Access the work through a Vinothek in Hammelburg's historic town hall at the market square, or the 24/7 self-service shop at the cellar.
