Weingut Johanninger is a family-run winery established in 1994 in Biebelsheim, Rheinhessen, located between Bingen and Bad Kreuznach. The winery has been certified organic since 2013 and practices sustainable viticulture across vineyards in the Nahe and Rheinhessen regions. They produce primarily dry wines, including vegan reds since 2012 and vegan whites since 2014, along with sparkling wines made using traditional méthode champenoise in their own small sekt manufactory.
