About Weingut Geheimrat Schnell
Johann Schnell took over the family winery in Guntersblum in 1999. Since 2011, he and Stéphanie have worked together on their shared vision, operating according to Demeter biodynamic principles. The portfolio centers on Souvignier Gris, Grauburgunder, and Johanniter, including a 2025 Guntersblumer Souvignier Gris and a 2024 Grauburgunder Orange wine. All wines, sparkling wines, and grape juices are vegan.

Guided wine and cheese tasting pairing fine French cheeses with Demeter wines in a cozy atmosphere at the winery's tasting room in Guntersblum. Events held on select Saturdays from 18-21 Uhr, limited participants, advance registration required.
