Weingut Eugen Volz & Sohn tends vineyards across Riesling, Grauburgunder, Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz, and Merlot, alongside PIWI varieties. Organic vineyard management began in 2021, with official certification starting with the 2024 vintage. Ouessant sheep are used for natural vineyard maintenance and biodiversity. The program extends to sparkling wine and Weinschorle. Tastings and vineyard visits are available.
